Budgeting for support services can be difficult which is why ITB introduce the voucher Support facility

The scheme provides you with an IT department where technical resources are provided to subscribers with contracted response times and gives you the flexibility to choose your support requirements as and when you actually need assistance.

ITB vouchers are purchased in advance and provide a “pay as you go” service allowing management of expenditure. Vouchers are exchanged for technicians’ time and clients receive a monthly summary of work undertaken. Service Level Agreements guarantee responses on agreed timescales. Whether remote support or on-site presence is required ITB assure our clients identify and resolve issues in the most efficient and timely manner.
